⚙️ Description of MP-G Series Medium Speed Coal Mill
The MP-G medium speed coal mill is built for speed, power, and flexibility. It runs fast, has big rollers, and can handle a lot of pressure—which makes it better at grinding coal than many other models out there. It's also super versatile when it comes to different types and qualities of coal.
Throughout the service life of its grinding components, the mill maintains a stable output, with only a 5% reduction in productivity observed during the latter stages of wear.
The design is pretty clever too. The grinding parts are supported in a way that spreads the load out evenly, so no single part gets stressed too much. The roller itself is capable of swinging between 12° and 15°, allowing it to accommodate fluctuations in material layer thickness and feed particle size effectively., which helps them adjust to whatever kind of coal you’re feeding in. As a result, all stress-bearing components—including the rollers, disc pads, and gearbox—are evenly loaded and operate with high stability.
