NHI has a complete design, testing, inspection, and measurement methods, modern processing equipment such as heat treatment, welding, mechanical processing, and assembly, and a complete production and manufacturing system. NHI has over 3000 sets of various production equipment, with a main production equipment of over 2000 sets, including 242 sets of large-scale equipment and 130 sets of CNC equipment.

MECHANICAL PROCESSING CAPABILITY

NHI is equipped with 1 set of 8000×20000mm 7 axis 5 linkage gantry mobile CNC milling car composite heavy-duty machine tool, 15 sets 6000×2000-10000×20000mm CNC gantry milling machines，Φ160-Φ260mm various CNC milling and boring machines 21 sets, 16 sets Φ5000-Φ10000mm various large CNC vertical lathes，Φ5000-Φ10000mm various large vertical lathes 16 sets,Φ5000-Φ14000mm large hobbing machine 5 sets, 1 set of arc tooth milling machines above 1 meter, and 9 sets of various gear grinding machines ranging from 800-1500mm, 3 sets of Φ2500-Φ3500mm various gear shaping machines, 1 set Φ800mm horizontal gear hobbing machine, 1 set of Φ800×5000mm cylindrical grinder, 1 set of 2000mm CNC vertical grinder, and fully automatic roller production line.

MANUFACTURING CAPACITY OF STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS

NHI has the ability to manufacture 50000 tons of structural components annually, with a large steel plate pretreatment production line, 17 sets of 6×18m various CNC cutting machines, 12 sets of 9×6m welding operation machines, and supporting large roller frames and other auxiliary equipment; NHI owns 15 sets of CNC 120 × 4000mm and various specifications of plate rolling machines, 1600t hydraulic presses, 1000t open single arm hydraulic presses, 630t×6200mm CNC bending machine, 500cm³ Large scale forming equipment such as bending machines and 6×12-meter CNC fiber laser cutting machines.

HEAT TREATMENT CAPACITY

NHI owns 18 sets of different types of heat treatment furnaces, including 16 × 8 × 6.5-meter pallet type gas furnace, pallet type resistance furnace, well type carburizing furnace, well type tempering furnace, electric box furnace, quench machining tool, glow ion nitriding furnace. Besides, 4 × 1.2-meter CNC gantry type high-frequency quenching machine tool, multifunctional CNC gear quenching machine tool, medium frequency buried oil quenching machine tool, power frequency wheel quenching machine tool, 7 sets of 0.9-2.5 meter well type carburizing furnaces and corresponding large quenching oil tanks and water tanks for heat treatment equipment.

ASSEMBLY CAPABILITY

NHI boasts 15 modern production plants with a total construction area of 605,000 square meters. The four - span double - decker crane, sized 36mx288mx21m, has a lifting capacity of 500 tons and a monthly assembly capacity of 100,000 tons. NHI has 2 well-equipped modern assembly workshops and 1 temperature-controlled workshop measuring 24×144 meters.
