⚙️ Description of Belt Sintering Machine
The belt sintering machine is the core equipment used in the suction-type sintering process of large-scale ferrous metallurgy sintering plants. It is central equipment for updraft sintering and can sinter fine ore power and rich ore power of different ingredients and graininess as well as partly eliminating impurity like sulfur, phosphor and arsenic.
NHI is China's first design and manufacture of sintering machine professional factory, is the belt sintering machine industry standard drafting unit. On the basis of the introduction of technology digestion and absorption, NHI has continuously cultivated the independent research and development ability of the enterprise, and formed a batch of sintering machine series products with independent intellectual property rights, advanced technology and reliable performance, and the maximum width of the truck is 5.5m (6m). The 660m2 sintering machine produced by the NHI is the largest specification in China.
The pallet car width design covers 3m to 5.5m series, including Shougang, Baosteel, Wuhan Iron and Steel, Anshan Iron and Steel, Shagang, Jianlong, Baotou Steel, Baosteel, Nippon Steel Yonggang and other iron and steel enterprises provide sintering equipment, and the products are exported to South Korea, India, Brazil and other countries.
